Abstract This project of doctoral research departs from the Freud-Lacan psychoanalysis as a theoretical field, more specifically of the contributions of Lacan in his last teaching, to talk about the musicality and its implications in the constitution of the subject. We devise the possibility of autistic subjects being able to legitimize themselves in the social bond through musicalization as a means of language. Relying on the concept of musicality through the primordial relation between sound signifier and Real aphonic, we discuss the antecedence of sound in relation to the process of signification. The concept of Real in Lacan is discussed in the constitution of language, as well as its implication in the psychic mechanisms of foreclusion (Verwerfung) and of elision, the latter being specific to the autistic condition. In this sense, the musicality is before the connection of the signifier to the meaning, and consequently in a logical moment before the process of signification. The musical manifestation points to being in the field of enunciation as an act, not of the statement, indicating new avenues for mediation between autism and social bond. From the psychoanalytic reading, we articulate the musicality with the relations of psychic structuring and the constitution of the subject in the sonorous/acoustic environment. Finally, this proposal intends to advance on the theoretical productions already developed in Master's research that occurred in 2014-2017 on the same theme, this time proposing a praxis that allows theoretical developments to be made possible through research-intercession. Deriving this project as a continuation and deepening of previous successful research, it is opportune to think of ways to formalize the foundations of praxis, contributing to the psychoanalytic field, to the field of music and to the existing bibliography about autism. | |
