The pasture is the main food source for Brazilian cattle. Factors that has contributed to the technological advances in the production system is the management of fertilization. In order to evaluate conventional nitrogen sources and with increased efficiency in the bromatologic composition and Urochloa decumbens (syn. B. decumbens) production will be carried out an experiment at the Faculty of Agricultural and Technology, Campus Dracena in Ultisol, dystrophic. The experimental design will be a randomized block with four replications. The plots will be formed by four nitrogen sources (urea, ammonium nitrate, urea with NBPT and urea with B and Cu) and two doses of nitrogen (100 and 200 kg/ha) plus a treatment without nitrogen fertilization (control) . The nitrogen doses will be divided in five equal applications, the first after the uniformity cut and the other after the immediately subsequent cuts. To evaluate the effect of treatments will be made the following determinations: total dry matter production of the aerial part of the pasture, percentage of leaf blade and stem + sheath, bromatological analysis. The results will be evaluated by analysis of variance, correlation and comparison of means at 5% probability. (AU)
