Abstract The main goal of this project is to give an introduction to classical homotopic theory. For this, we will study basic concepts and techniques of algebraic topology. In this project the student will start the study with an introduction to language of category and to develop basic concepts of homotopic theory. The following topics will be studied: categories and factors, CW- complexes, pointed spaces, homotopic of maps and homotopic groups. | |
