Since 1970 and 1980, new demands to the organizational management systems appeared; mainly, because of internalization process and fusion of companies (produced in the financial scenery of economy). Based on multinational companies, the new organizational forms and productive technologies abandoned gradually the verticalized and technocratic classic management models with the purpous of use strategic manegement models, lined in the management power (pouvoir managérial). Therefore, a participative production paradigm emerged, substituting planning by strategy. In the same way, a consolidation of a psychic and social system came forward aiming to favor the worker's adhesion and psychic mobilization. In this redoubt, the productive energy and implication in the work were succeed trough a narcissistic contract with the organization. However, even the aforementioned scenery and this narcissistic contract model seem substantially coherent, we encounter the central problematic of this paper of internship and investigation. In one hand, the organizational quotidian, as the management sciences point that the ideology and the management technologies frequently reveal themselves present in the hypermodern labor context. In the other hand, it seems we live a period of transformation regarding the psychic laces spun with the organization. Finally, this incise directly in the stablished work relationships. We based this internship project in a research developed in Brazil. This research contains ten interviews with workers that occupy management positions in multinational companies of the metropolitan region of São Paulo (MRSP). With this in hands, we have the objective of comparing the data of our investigation with the data of other investigations and interventions achieved in the laboratory by the aid of bibliographic investigation and documental analysis accomplished in the "Laboratoire du Changement Social et Politique from Université Paris Diderot 7" library, followed by participation in Research and Implication Seminaries. Finally we intend to comprehend the similarities and between the work relationships in the multinational companies of Brazil and in France, represented mainly by São Paulo and Paris, respectively.
