Abstract

Data available on cDNA transcriptomic libraries (Amblyomma cajennense, caterpillar Lonomia obliqua, leech Haementeria depressa, spider Loxoscelles laeta) will be revisited in order to: (i) identify potential compounds related to inflammatory and immunological processes of interest to the project, (ii) investigate previously identified molecules as "the hits" and (iii) evaluate the possibility of screening those sequences that have remained as "the hits".
