Analysis of business processes on fruit pulp Suplly chain management from the relationship between focus company and family farmers

Abstract

The complexity attached to the functioning of the supply chain for the production of a certain property, as well as the importance of the rural family segment represents for the economic and social spheres of the country, are factors of scientific research necessary to achieve measurable progress of an economic sector. It is remarkable the fickle and dynamic character tied to the business world, being inextricably linked the implementation of business strategies needed to overcome the hardships imposed by the environment. In this context, this project presents as general objective to analyze, from the perspective of the SCM business processes, constraints that influence the supply chain of fruit pulp, when considering the relationship between business focus and family farmers. The scientific framework necessary for the development of theoretical basis be identification of the State of the art about SCM, especially your business processes, and on the family farm. Such topics are important to allow the construction of the data collection instrument to be employed. Such an instrument will be used in the case study, which will provide a more complete and comprehensive vision of the object, and the focus will be directed towards analysis of business processes of a fruit processing company and its interrelation with the rural family farmer. In terms of the approach used, have the prominence of qualitative research, with the application of mathematical variables as descriptive statistics and content fragmentation analysis and interpretation of data. Research will improve the construction of scientific knowledge, from the investigation of real phenomena, therefore, is it possible the analysis of the relationship between agents with particular characteristics of the agroindustrial complex, delimiting its peculiarities, and to prepare proposals for overcoming the identified constraints.
