Abstract

In this work, it will be obtained and characterized gold and silver nanoparticles using natural reducing agents. The compounds will be synthesized by conventional and microwave synthetic routes. Different experimental parameters will be investigated such as temperature, ligand addition order, stirring time, and so on. The obtained specie will be characterized by vibrational and electronic spectroscopies, thermal analysis, DRX, and MEV. In the case of time disponibility, the functionalization of the NPs will be carried out with the CAPTOPRIL drug to posterior interaction with luminescent Eu(III) species. The goal of the global project is to study the NP energy transfer processes in order to be applied in biomarkers in the near future.
