Abstract

This PhD project, linked to the area of concentration Language and Education, Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Linguistics Program (PPGLA/IEL/UNICAMP), focuses on youth cultures, specifically in otaku culture, mainly in audiovisual productions owned by AnimeMusicVideos.org community, community aimed at the development, distribution and evaluation of motion picture produced remixes from Japanese animation, the Anime Music Videos (AMVs). We seek first to describe, according to the theories of Bakhtin and his Circle, the statements made in this context and, therefore, draw a Bakhtinian general framework of analysis to remix moving image that can provide directions for building centered didactization parameters in the design of Pedagogy of Multiliteracies (NEW LONDON GROUP, 2006 [1996]). We propose to integrate a enunciative-discursive perspective formulated for verbal language with an analysis objective method of multimodal objects through a mixed research design, quantitative and qualitative, based on statistical distributions of formal choices and stylistic where the corpus will be prepared for description and analysis from data visualization techniques called media visualization (mainly Manovich), which will allow us to create images and graphics, aiming to reveal relationships and patterns in our collection of audiovisual data, so as to provide productive transitions between the concepts proposed by Bakhtin and his Circle (mainly architectural) and analysis of editing and video editing tools (mainly Amiel and Horwatt).
