The warehouses of the Company and General Warehouses of São Paulo (CEAGESP) was established in 1969, with the primary function to store grain and market horticultural products. The CEAGESP holds the largest public network of São Paulo state warehouses and a complex of 13 wholesalers units, a semi-public company under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA). The research aims to analyze the performance of the unity of Presidente Prudente CEAGESP as a focal point of horticultural products, based on the performance of companies and agents linked to the upper and lower circuit of the urban economy. The analyzes will be undertaken based on the assumptions of the theory of the two circuits of Urban Economics developed by Santos (1976, 1979), associated with the notion of spatial circuits of production, developed by the same author in 1986. To achieve the goals research, documentary and bibliographic research will be carried out, of statistical data and interviews with managers of the unit CEAGESP of Presidente Prudente, with licensees, carriers and even warehousing customers.
