Abstract

This research project is a subproject which is already being developed in our laboratory with financial aid of FAPESP (Process 2013/18254-9) and want to use multicomponent processes to synthesize derivatives of maculalactonas. Initially, it is intended to use multicomponent synthetic procedures already described in literature, and further improved in our laboratory using heating by microwave irradiation, in the synthesis of maculalactonas derivatives, which are natural products with biological activity. The synthesized products will be purified and have their structures adequately elucidated by various spectroscopic methods. Subsequently, the obtained compounds may be subjected to various kinds of biological assays.
