This research work considers the multiobjective distribution system expansion planning, that otimize the expansión costs and maximum load shedding risk, considering the construction of new substations or reinforcement of the existing, construction of new feeders or replacement of the existing and wind power distributed generation based location. The traditional mixed intener non linear formulation is reformulated as a mixed integer conic model with the purpose of get global optimum solutions. Addition to economic and operational constraints, budget and risk constraints are incorporated to the conic model. Two stochastic of two stage decisions models are proposed: static and dynamic models considering demand and wind power stochasticity. The quantification of the uncertainties in the stochastic problem is assessed by computing the characteristic values of stochastic programming. In addition to a robust formulation that minimize the maximum risk of load shedding by to wind power deficit in the worst operation scenarios is incorporated into the problem. The cost and risk trade-off is assessed based on efficient solutions obtained from mathematical multiobjective programming. Finally the proposed research work is assessed by case studies using distribution test systems. (AU)
