Abstract

Through the history of special education and also of the evolution of the computer, its tools and the benefits it can bring to all studentes and especially for students of special education, this Project studied and identified what are the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT's) that assist in learning. Studies on the CPIDES (Center of Promotion for Inclusion Digital, Social and School) located in the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia Unesp of Presidente Prudente, allowed this questioning was lifted and studied. Through the research conducted by the research group API (Enhancers Environment for Inclusion), one can realize the importance of a tool for students to improve and are increasingly.
