Abstract

This project will investigate some likely ultra morphological and histochemical changes in the gill rakers in Prochilodus lineatus (curimbatá) caused by exposure to LAS contaminant. The fishes will be exposed to water with LAS dilutions of 0.36 mg / L and 3.6 mg / L and also to the pure water from an artesian well at UNESP - Rio Claro, for a period of 30 days. The first left gill arches will be taken for analysis.
