Abstract

The production of nanobiomaterials based on nHAp/VAMWCNT-O2/bioresorbable polymer nanocomposite has a big importance, due to association of these described specific characteristics. Based on that, this proposal is based on study the influence of some factors involved in the production process of nanocomposite using electrodeposition, such as: applied potencial, time, pH and temperature of electrolytes. Also, will be performed in vitro and in vivo biological assays, aiming applicability as scaffolds for bone growth. In the period of the project, an installation of the electrodeposition system will be made inside the Laboratory of Nanomedicine Professor Webster. Also, bacterial cultures and bone cells (human osteoblasts) biological assays will be carried out in vitro and in vivo. (AU)
