The Project titled "The corridor of confluent virtual coffee in the dimension of structured information" takes into question the concerns inside academic research previously developed. Currently, the research project, which has been already caused by the reflection on the Information phenomenon, will take the support of linguistics in order to understand the meaning of the construction of the metaphor "coffee aisle", a tool elaborated from 2004, in the time of professional research project of teaching, and cited here. The research project will be developed, in the period of six months, at the University of Porto, with support from academic orientation. The research will take place in certain institutions determined by the Coffee theme, perceiving virtual dimensions of information, information’s microrresistances, analogically structured, digitized (scanned) or not. It seeks to understand the organization inside cultural archives in the script of the History of Coffee, in various formats such as: paper in books of records, documents in series, photographic and audio-visual collections, among others. It is expected to understand the phenomenon of virtual approach to the historical information of coffee. (AU)
