This study aims to compare the compliance with standard precautions between nursing staff between Hog Kong and Brazil. This is a quantitative methodological study. The Compliance with Standard Precautions Scale (CSPS) was translated for Portuguese in Brazil. This is scale composed of 20 items evaluate the compliance with standard precautions for nurses. The scale will be application a convenience sample of 200 nursing staff from each country will be invited to response the CSPS. Descriptive data analysis will be used to present the findings of survey. Comparisons will be conducted through the frequency, mean, and standard deviations. The result of the reviews will be presented in narratives. (AU)
