Sports pedagogy try to find a teaching-learning-training process (TLT) that approaches the game in a pleasant way, associating education and sports. In this context, coaches assume a central role in the management of TLT process that involves young players. The interviews coaches are able to give a better comprehension of different aspects of this process, as sports specialization and training methodology. The aims of this study are mapping information about the ages and the pedagogical processes for the specialization of handball players in Sao Paulo State. For that, will be interviewed thirty-seven handball coaches of U-14, U-16 and U-18 teams of the biggest league in São Paulo State. To analyze the speeches will be used the Collective Subject Discourse method.
