The child sexual abuse has been considered a serious problem for Brazil's and world's public health. It is a complex, universal, fast growing phenomenon, with a high prevalence in population, and requires multidisciplinary approach strategies. A psychodiagnosis assessment is an activity that involves collecting, sorting and interpreting data with the purpose of raising a consistent hypothesis about the nature of the problem and, from there on, draw up a well-drafted treatment proposal. When it comes to assessment cases, specifically of sexual abuse, it must list strategies that take into account all their complexity, because the sexual abuse produces consequences in various aspects of child life (behavioral, cognitive, emotional and physical), not excluding situations when the suffering does not becomes an apparent experience yet. The aim of this research is to make a psychodiagnosis assessment of pre-adolescents and adolescents victims of sexual abuse, through semi-structured interviews and the use of a projective test with the HTP (house-tree-person) to have access to the sexual trauma fantasies and to the relationship between the victims, the environment and the aggressor, in such a way to perform a psychoanalytical study about the cases.
