The aim of this work is assess the sealer depht penetration (AH Plus) on the sthimuses, when the ultrasonic agitation is applied during obturation. It will be selected 30 mesial roots mandibular molars and it will be divided in 2 groups, therefore each groups will have 15 teeth (n=115). The root canals will be shaped using the Reciproc reciprocanting system with the instrument 25.08.The specimens will be filled using single cone technique, the spcimens in group A will be filled with sealer using size 60 K file and the ultrasonic agitation will be performed while the specimens in group B will be considered as control group and won't subjected to ultrasonic agitation. The sealer will be mixed with fluorescente Rhodamine dye.Filled roots were stored in a kiln at 370 C for 48 hours to allow setting of the sealer. The spcimens will be sectioned horizontally at 2,4 and 6 mm from the Apex and de sections images will be acquired in Confocal laser scanning microscopy and stereomicroscope. The images analysis will be perfomed using the Image Tool 3.0 software to measure the gutta-percha filled área, sealer filled area, voids, isthimuses sealer penetration and interface cracks between sealer/canal walls. Statistical analysis will be performed usind the parametric test student's T and non-parametric teste Man-Witney.
