The limitations of the methods currently used for the treatment of young immature necrotic with periapical lesion teeth stimulated the interest by a new protocol aiming the decontamination of the root canal system and providing conditions for the pulp regeneration. Given this reality, the present study aimed to compair the antimicrobial of di-antibiotic, tri-antibiotic and calcium hydroxide paste in an in vitro biofilm model. After 14 days, the samples will be washed in saline and they will be transfered to other plate with test pastes or saline. The culture plates will be keep in oven at 37oC for 2, 7 and 14 days. Additional samples will be used as positive control (contaminated) or negative control (non contaminated) and they will be kept in saline. After each experimental time the samples will be washed in saline and sonicated. The suspensions will be vortexed, serially diluted in saline and double plaqued in m-Enterococcus agar. Colony forming unit will be count and statistically analyzed (p<0,05) for the antimicrobial potencial determination.
