From September to December 2012, was developed in the laboratory of microbiology at the University of Málaga the project "Proteomic characterization of liver tissue and bacterial intestinal mucus through DGGE in tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus, fed probiotic, Bacillus subtilis”. The samples were sent to the microbiology laboratory where I could learn the two techniques. In May of 2013, I was again at the University of Malaga processing of new samples of another experiment conducted in Brazil. The samples were processed and forwarded to other Spanish university laboratories for quantifying the protein and identification of the liver gut bacteria. I call this new scholarship BEPE to the University of Malaga, to discuss the results and writing the scientific paper to be published in partnership with Dr. Miguel Angel Morinigo and Dr. Salvador Arijo, professors of that university. Below is a project developed at the University of Malaga, already sent to FAPESP in the previous BEPE scholarship. (AU)
