Based on an accurate consultation of primary sources and interviews with some of the protagonists from recent history of Mozambique and researchers of the subject, it is intended verticalize discussion of the links between memory and narrative in contemporary times, considering aspects and problems prevailing in works published in the country since the end of the twentieth century, and thus allow the opening of new dialogues between literary studies and social sciences in the African Portuguese speaking.
