Abstract

In this work, single crystals of PrCuBi$_{2}$ intermetallic compound will be investigated by means of temperature dependent magnetic susceptibility, electrical resistivity, heat-capacity, x-ray powder diffraction experiments.The properties of this compound will be discussed taken into account the tetragonal crystalline electrical field (CEF) and the anisotropic magnetic interaction between the Pre$^{3+}$ ions in this compound.
