Nonlinear quantum effects are very important in the studies of dense artificial and astrophysical plasmas. This project is devoted to the studies of spherically symmetric quantum plasma structures. This kind of structures is observed in nature and produced in laboratory experiments. The quantum effects are important in the evolution of these plasmoids since their typical size is in the nano-range. I propose apply the modern methods of the nonlinear plasma physics as well as solid-state physics for the description of the properties of such objects. First, the numerical simulation of the plasma structure generation should be carried out. This simulation is based on the recently derived nonlinear Schrödinger equation for waves in plasma with diatomic ions. Second, the effective attraction between charged particles in a quantum plasma structure should be studied. I am planning to refine the previously proposed mechanism of this effective attraction by considering more realistic models for the plasma dynamics. Third, I would like to apply the method of Green functions for the studies of charged particles dynamics inside a quantum plasmoid. This method not only clarifies the mechanics of the effective interaction between particles but also allows one to study the temperature corrections to elementary processes in plasma. (AU)
