This postdoctral proposal subscribes in the field of psychoanalysis and education research.It is intended to develop an exploratory study about discursive practices which articulated to the evaluation of basic education actions and the public education system management by results, seeking to recognize the effects that the modern evaluation discourse produces about educational act, teachers, children and the educational management itself. From the conceptual investigations of psychoanalysis in the field of education, it proposes to investigate the another scene of educational assessment policy in Brazil, that is, the desire that sustains this hegemonic discourse imagination and also defines the contemporary evaluative and pedagogical discursive practices, as well as identify the discourses which support such practices through interviews with educational managers and educators. In so far as this study will approximate different fields, such as psychoanalysis, education and educational policies evaluation, it can contribute to new analysis and the developing the theoretical framework on the subject of desire statute, the educational act and the possible positions that the child assumes along the adult demand, in the context of education policy linked the educational evaluation and mechanisms of results-based incentives.
