Abstract In the last decades many emerging and reemerging viruses have become a significant and growing danger to the global public health. Many of these viruses have zoonotic cycle, and can be transmitted to humans by wild animals such as rodents, mosquitoes or ticks. Due to environmental factors and the association of these animals with high ecological diversity of Brazil, the country has several requirements for appearance and / or adaptation of arboviruses and roboviroses. However, much of these viruses can not be detected by conventional methods, therefore it will be using sequencers nucleotide new generation identification of known and new viruses. Therefore this project aims to describe the viroma of wild rodents, mosquitoes and ticks, is to correlate potential viruses that can be transmitted to humans of these vectors. (AU) | |
