Abstract

One searches with the present project to analyze the mechanisms of imputation better developed by the doctrine, aiming at its effectiveness front to new crime, in particular, the crimes of private corruption. The corruption is one of the delicts most characteristic of the globalized world, being the private corruption an object of sufficiently recent study in the doctrine. Such interest appears with the increasing transistion of the economy for the private sector, added to the demands for answers to the corruption in the enterprise activities. With resource to the comparative jurisprudence, the politician-criminal position adopted by the Brazilian legal-criminal order will be verified, establishing the possible bonds with regulatory landmarks North American, British and Spanish, beyond the normative International. The intention of the research is systemize the study of the delicts of corruption in the private sector, in harmony with the doctrinal interpretation of the economic delicts, presenting alternative possible to the Brazilian model of prevention to the corruption in the private sector.
