In this project we aim to use the techniques of black holes physics, as black holes thermodynamics, stability and quasinormal modes analysis, applied to recent developments, namely solutions of Horava-Lifshitz gravity and generalizations of McVittie spacetimes. The final objective is to use such results to probe the properties of the dual quantum field theories to those spacetimes, according to the holographic principle, in the context of Lifshitz holography and dS/CFT correspondence, respectively.
