This Post-doc research project is associated with the thematic project FAPESP 2011/15731-5 (in which the supervisor is the beneficiary). The Project is located in the following points of the thematic Project?3.1) Use and adaptation of 3D and 2D tools of tomography images acquisition (MIMICS).4.2.2.d) Geometrical non-linear analyzes of 3D functionally graded solids. 4.2.3.f) Materials developing large strains in elastomeric and animal tissue modeling.In this research we will apply the MIMICS software to render a skeletal muscle (at this moment we chose the gastrocnemius) and develop a specific computational software to model this type of material, considering its dynamic behavior, active, passive and near isochoric. The software will be developed using FORTRAN language in a parallel (MPI) environment.
