This project presents as theme a recent process: the experience of indigenous students developing researches in Brazilian public universities. It is about a context in which these researches emerge as privileged opportunities to reflect on different ways of creation and circulation of knowledges, and systematization of knowledges, since they enable indigenous students at the academic environment to bring their understandings about their own ways of knowing, which can approach them or distancing them from the way by which knowledge is accessed and treated in university courses and in academic researches. It is intended, therefore, to see how in these researches are being built these possibilities of dialogues and reflections, and if they point to processes that we could understand how cultural translation strategies.
