Abstract

This search aims to investigate the formative process proposed by Ler e Escrever program of São Paulo state. The program composes a Education Secretary's politic, deployed on 2008, covering many ways of acting: teacher's education, work's accompaniment, pedagogical material's elaborations and distribution. For pedagogical formation, the Program has a proposal involving three areas: at CENP (coordinating for research and teaching standards), at department of education of each region and the schools. At CENP in formed a group that will multiply this formation at the department of education- the people who participate of this group are called Trainers- The formation at Department of Education involves the trainers and school's professional- called coordinators- teachers (PC). The formation at school is held by coordinators- teachers with the teachers of each school. To work the empirical material, in a qualitative approach, will be made semi-structured interviews with a person of each program's area: a trainer and a PC who works in a state school form Jacareí (SP). Will also include observation of collective work's time ad a questionnaire involving teachers form PC"s interviewed schools.
