For the study of the Universe evolution and its structures, like galaxies and galaxies clusters, the junction of many areas of physics/astrophysics are necessary. As example we can cite a new astronomical a cosmological window that will be opened with the first detection of the gravitacional waves. These waves are space-time perturbation that propagate, into the General Relativity, with the speed of light. Promising source of gravitational waves is into the process of growing of super-massive black holes, by accretion of by fusion of these objects. Beyond the gravitational waves signature, the growing of super-massive black holes within pre-galactics objects, like mini-quasers, can having an important role into the Universer reionization, it is possible that these objects have left a signature into the cosmic microwave background radiation. Within this context, the present project propose the study of super-massive black holes evolution and its role for the Universe reionization. Also, we have the intention to do the same test for cosmological models with different states-equation for dark energy, in particular, the standard model with cosmological constant, and Chaplygin gas.
