It is known that the school's environment is one of the spaces that can best promote the child's emotional development. Assuming that, at school, those who care of children are the teachers, it is seen the importance of taking care of themselves so that they can do the same for the students who depend on them. Thus, this study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of a setting dedicated to elementary school teachers in order to produce scientific knowledge that can encourage the school to actually configure a supportive space for children. It will be developed a psychoanalytic clinical setting in three brazilian schools and in three french schools, where elementary school teachers will be accompanied by the candidate in order to take care of their conflicts experienced in the daily work. After each meeting, the researcher will write a narrative, which will be analyzed psychoanalytically, with the others researchers of the group, to verify if there were changes in the champs habited by the teachers, which could show the clinical efficacy of this setting.
