Giving continuity to studies on autonomy, in the context of a thematic grant supported by Fapesp (process 08/53030-6), the aim of this research proposal is to begin an interdisciplinary study program on collective responsibility, which will include sociology in order to understand how collectivities or social groups and their identities are built, philosophy with a view to comprehending the moral foundations of collective responsibility, and law so as to understand the collective responsibility for international law crimes, such as genocide, a crime committed by a collectivity against another.
