This research focuses primarily on the process of implementation and use of the digital whiteboard in the municipality of Araraquara schools as a public policy for improving education. Back in the background, a deep study on the interactive digital whiteboard as well as their potential interaction, both for teachers and for students. The theoretical framework of this research is supported by authors such as: Levy, Beauchamp and Kennewell, Castells, Silva, Silveira, among others, that they present to us the technologies, ICT, and more specifically, interactive digital whiteboard, as a technological resource enabling the development of multimedia educational activities, as well as a new way of teaching and learning. We intend to perform a quantitative and qualitative study, using questionnaires, checklists, technical visits or survey "in loco" and interviews. Our study adopts the source subject, copyright works and statistics.
