Analysis on the proposals of public policies adopted under criminal according to the social, economic and political Brazilian

Abstract

With respect to critical criminological studies is an evident vacuum present within Brazilian legal education. It is prominent in our society the crisis of the criminal justice system and its institutions (as with the prison), and the chaos with regard to public safety. Therefore, a search for critical bias, with a consistent methodological basis, proposes that from the analysis of our social, economic, and political analysis on the development of public policy in the criminal context, it is of utmost importance and need for the juncture of the Brazilian criminal justice system and the challenges that are present in our society.(AU)
