Hypertensive disorders determine repeated hospitalizations, greater length of stay for control of blood pressure and its complications, increased rates of hospitalization in intensive care unit so for the mother and the newborn, with demand special care and specialized professionals, which increases hospital costs. The present study aims to identify and analyze the costs of care for hypertensive pregnant women treated at the Hospital of the Medical School of Botucatu - UNESP.(AU)
