This research proposes to analyse the religious movement Renovação Carismática Católica (Catholic Charismatic Renewal), that arose inside the Catholic Church since 1967 and expanded broadly, with a strong presence in Brazil, and in a particular way in the State of São Paulo. The main investigation focus are the subjectivity production mechanisms that this movement uses, and its consequences in terms of knowledge/power over the life of the participants, and the normalizer standard employed by its speech that is intensively disseminated through television, internet, books and events. This research will be done from a bibliographical revision and documentary analysis; from the Institutional Analysis, that will have as a theoretical pillar the works in the field of social psychology and religion, postulated by Benelli.
