Abstract

The objective is to identify and to analyze the constituent elements, enhancers, and impeding aspects of work activity of a group of teachers of non-formal education, that operates a program of training people to work. The specific objectives are to identify and analyze: 1) the context for the work of a group of teachers from non-formal education, 2) the relationships between different components of the labor activity of these teachers (students, collective labor, supervision, tools ), from the perspective of educators themselves, 3) the concrete tools and semiotic work of teachers, 4) enhancers and hindering aspects of the work of the research participants. The achievement of the objectives will be pursued through the use of theoretical procedures for collecting and analyzing data Interactionism Sociodiscursivo/ISD and Clinical Activity. The ISD will contribute with inputs on the types of work (work assigned, real, and interpreted) and the discursive-linguistic model for the interpretation and analysis. The Clinical Activity will support research on theoretical contributions on the job while concrete and psychological phenomenon, which affects human development. Regarding the methodology that will be used an instrument developed within the Clinical Activity, is crossed self-confrontation. In the end, we intend to present a set of systematized knowledge to support the understanding of the work of teachers of non-formal education and conduct further research on the subject.(AU)
