Abstract This project will investigate the role of aPKC/PAR6 complex in the polarization of the actin cytoskeleton in the lens ectoderm. We will overexpress the aPKC-interacting PB1 domain through in vivo electroporation and analyses the phenotype with fluorescence labeling of the actin cytoskeleton with Phalloidin. (AU)
