The effect of the treatment in the surface of the fiberglass on the resistance to the fracture of two types of infrastructures of prosthesis fastens adhesive

The objective of that study is to compare the resistance to the fracture of the infrastructures of Fixed Partial Prostheses Adhesive with the two types of infrastructure projects, with and without box proximal, using the composed resin Filtek P90 - 3M ESPE, reinforced or not with fiberglass Superbar - Superdont. Two independent variables will be considered in that study: the preparation type (with box proximal or without) and the surface treatment (any, sticker Adapter Silorano - 3M ESPE, H2O2 to 10%). THE studied independent variable will be the resistance to the fracture, for this it will be made two head offices in stainless steel, simulating the dimensions of the preparations in the oclusais and proximais of the first pré and superior molars, in agreement with the group, that it will still contain a space of 7 mm for simulation of the infrastructure of reinforcement of the pôntico. For all of the groups, with or without fiber, six increments fotopoativados will be accomplished by 30 seconds, according to the manufacturer's recommendation, with apparel fotopolimerizador with minimum energy of 550mJ/cm2, and in the most external layer, the used superficial rugosidade will be standardized a head office of polyester. The proof bodies prepared will be leaning on the niche accomplished at the head office and taken for the machine of universal rehearsal (EMIC mod. DL 2000) for resistance test to the flexing with speed of 1mm/min, and a cell of load of 100Kgf. For each situation of preparation type a pilot rehearsal will be accomplished, with a number of three samples (n=3). THE result will give us the possibility to calculate the size of the appropriate sample for a semi-width around 10 to 20%.
