The environmental impact due to use of pesticides and the action of soil microorganisms on these compounds have been investigated by research group. In this work we intend to evaluate the ability of fungi isolated from soil of sugar cane crops for degradation of Diuron, Hexazinona and Clomazona. It will be tested the fungal growth on solid medium containing those compounds and after, the strains that show to be able to tolerate the presence of the herbicides will be evaluate for degradation in liquid medium.
