Abstract

Small satellites can generate a faint planetary ring due to collisions between interplanetary debris on their surfaces. Parameters such as the flux of impactors and size of the sizes of the satellites are important for this mechanism. In this work we will analyse the generation of tiny particles in two different environments: Neptune and Pluto's systems. The orbital evolution of these ejected particles will be analysed through the Restricted 3-Body Problem.
