Abstract

The objective was to evaluate the performance, egg quality,nitrogen balance, plasma amino acid quantification and economic analysis of dietsbased on corn and soybean meal with different ratios of digestible isoleucine and valinerelative to lysine, 10% above and / or below the recommended relationships in Braziliantables for poultry and swine. In a completely randomized design were distributed 640 IsaBrown hens at 40 weeks of age, 10 treatments and eight replicates of eight birds each ina factorial 3 x 3 + 1, three levels of valine, isoleucine and three levels of treatmentcontrol.The experimental rations will be formulated with corn and soybean meal based on amino acids digestible sulfurous aminoacid requirement for swine barrows. The data that will be evaluated for performance and quality of the eggs are: feed consumption, egg production, egg weight, egg mass and feed conversion, specific gravity, Haugh unit, yolk index, percentage of constituents and bark thickness. The performance characteristics and quality of the eggs will be quantified every four weeks, the trial period will be 16 weeks. At the end of the second and the fourth cycle experimental, will be collected blood samples from four birds per plot, by puncturing the brachial vein for quantification of amino acids from the blood of birds. At the end of the experiment will be conducted a test of metabolism to quantify the levels of nitrogen (N) excreta of laying hens and estimate the bioavailability of N data will be submitted to analysis of variance using the SAS program and the averages will be compared by the Tukey test at 5% probability.
