Abstract

The mastitis is defined as an inflammation of the mammary gland, the one which frequently has bacterial origin. More than 80 different species of microorganisms were identified as agents' causes of bovine mastitis, and the species more frequently isolated they are Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Streptococcus uberis and Escherichia coli. The espectromety of mass can be understood as an analytical technique that it allows the identification of the chemical composition of a certain isolated composition, or of different composed in complex mixtures, through the determination of their molecular masses in the ionic form, in other words, with electric charge liquid, positive or negative, based on his movement through a field electric or magnetic.
