Abstract The syntheses of organic phosphates, phosphoramides and carbamate derived from dihydropyranones will be carried out based on the structure of goniothalamin as the lead compound. These derivatives will be evaluated against 9 human cancer cell lines and as inhibitors of phosphatases and chaperones (Hsp90).
