Abstract

Based on the Internet interactivity, anyone can be a reporter, writing stories and news, publishing photos and videos. It is the birth of citizen journalism, in which a network user becomes a information producer, expanding the public sphere, bringing new issues, new approaches and new languages. More than that, the act of reporting need a more critic public - aware of the social sphere -, revitalizing the media in contributing to debate public life and to develop citizenship. But beyond the Internet, other media also begin to open space for public interference. This paper aims to study the public participation in "Na Hora Certa", which goes on air on ParanáTV news, on Rede Paranaense de Comunicação, Rede Globo affiliated in Paraná State. The iniciative represents an opening for the public to produce journalistic contents and it is important to study how traditional media uses the content of the public, seeking to know how it gains space and how the dialogue is maintained with professional production. This research proposes to verify, with the methods of discursive semiotics, how the enunciative contract is made on the use of citizen journalistic content in the news on TV. From the textual analysis, we will investigate the speech procedures and the enunciation strategies that articulate the construction of meaning of the public participation in the audiovisual syncretic language. Exposing these subject, we hope to contribute to debate about the changes in the productive process of journalism.
