The Distance Education presents nowadays a modality of education that makes possible the innovation of the education procedures, the development of an extra-scholarship using different electronic communication ways, making possible the public access in distant and dispersed places. The inserted teachers in basic education need to be prepared to deal with students whose usually shows difficulty in learning the written language, and, however, the number of institutions that offer courses to improve these knowledge in many areas of the country is reduced. With the Distance Education, become possible the acquisition of knowledge, looking for supply the reduced access to the information that happens in determined regions, what aid to become possible the necessities demand needing of these professionals, enriching the classroom practical of the teacher. Objective: To elaborate a program of Distance Education, aiming as general objective to guide the teachers of basic education of the cities of Bauru (SP), Montenegro (RO) and Manaus (AM), concerning about the Written Language Disturbs, using for it a CD ROM in the overwritten theme as specific objective; as objective also, to elaborate a CD-ROM in the area of Written Language Disturbs whose content will be directed for the elementary school educator; to evaluate the CD-ROM about its presentation (layout, resources of navigation, images, time of presentation, clarity of the text) and based in its use as didactic material, to verify if the elaborated didactic resource (CD-ROM) have contributed to the teachers learning and to elaborate a material, by means of graphical computation models and 3D technology, which will allow to visualize and to understand the mechanism of acquisition and development of the written language, as well as its disturbs, using the 3D technology to reproduce the cerebral mechanisms in such activities of learning, which will illustrate the theoretical content of the CD-ROM. Methodology: The sample will be constituted by 90 elementary school teachers of municipal, state and particular school from Bauru, Montenegro and Manaus cities, in order that, in each city, 15 teachers of the public and 15 teachers of the particular school, totalizing 30 professors for each city. Each professor will have 30 days to analyze the received CD-ROM. This evaluation will be done by the application of two questionnaires which will be answered for each one of the participant teachers. The first questionnaire will be referred to the technician aspects of the material, being applied after the studied period, and the second questionnaire will be referred to the teacher learning, being applied the same questionnaire before and after the CD-ROM study. The results will be analyzed and the answers gotten in the questionnaire will be compared in the situations after and before tests, suffering an analysis viewed by the statistical treatment, using the Wilcoxon test, adopting significance level of 5%, in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed education program.
