Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the structure and chemical composition / molecular substrates of hígido, artificially cariado (produced by the process chemical and biological), naturally cariado and cariado through model "in situ", as the various substrates behave on the penetration of adhesive system and the nanoinfiltração, and the strength of unity of adhesive systems used to the different substrates. To determine the information structural and chemical composition of the molecular substrates will be used 25 third molars, of which 10 will be healthy (5 healthy and 5 in situ), 10 cariados artificially (method chemical and biological) and 5 cariados course, which will be submitted for analysis in SEM and Raman. For the assessment of the strength of unity will be used 60 third molars healthy, in 45 of which will be held the induction of artificial caries, and 15 third molars cariados naturally. These teeth will be subjected to cuts perpendicular to the long axis of the tooth to obtain flat surfaces of dentin average. The adhesive systems Clearfill SE Bond, Adper Single Bond 2 and Adper Prompt L-Pop will be applied on the areas dentinárias according to manufacturers' instructions. These teeth have planned and then its surface, the adhesive systems Clearfill SE Bond, Single Bond 2, and Adper Prompt L-Pop will be applied. In light of monochrome laser incidida will be in the sample being analyzed. Multiple sites of the same specimen will be examined espectroscopicamente. About dentin treated will be built a block of composite resin (Clearfil APX, Kuraray) with 4 mm. After 24 h, each specimen will be cut in order to obtain specimens with format toothpick with average size of 0.90 mm2 for the test of microtração. The patterns of fracture will be analyzed in scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The values will be submitted to the analysis of variance and the Tukey test (p <0.05). For evaluation of the quality of the hybrid layer will be used part of toothpicks obtained for the test microtração, which will be immersed in a solution of silver nitrate traçadora ammonia (pH = 9.5) for 24 hours and then washed in distilled water and immersed in solution revealing ( Kodak D-76) for 8 hours. All samples will be observed under SEM using the method of electron retroespalhado (back-scattered) to identify the extent and pattern of nanoinfiltração.
