The organizations are based for data, information and knowledge and are surrounded in intense informational flows, formal and informal. It is considered that information and people are basic inputs for organizational development, as well like for competitiveness companies in the market internationalized. The information and communications technologies (ICTs) present in that organization kind, require that the organizational actors have a positive behavior in relation to them, as well as that ICTs are essential for the performance of routine activities and also for the strategic actions, act as fundamental instruments of organizational processes. However, stand out that nothing will advance to implant the ICTs in a determined organization, if the human factor, foundation and dynamic element of organizational processes, do not enjoy these resources in the best way, is necessary to know and understand the individuals informational behavior in relation to ICTs in the organizational space, analyzing of that way this relationship occurs and identifying informational behavior models. Therefore, the present study aims to evaluate the individuals informational behavior belonging the associated organizations to the Footwear APL of the Jaú city, State of São Paulo, in the strategic, tactical and operational levels, more specifically in relation to how these individuals relate with the information and the ICTs for supply their organizational needs, and analyze the influence of culture on such organizational behavior, in order to propose a model of informational behavior dedicated to information and communications technologies applied to business environments. The methodological procedures will be supported by the method of Laurence Bardin, named 'Content Analysis', more specifically, the technical 'Categorical Analysis'.Keywords: Information Behavior; Information Culture; Organizational Culture; Information and Communication Technologies; Uses and Users of Information.
